Paris, je t'aime is a collection of many small movies about a very big city. The problem is these many small movies vary a lot in quality, theme and rhythm. As a movie it ruins some of the experience. Where some of the stories told speaks to me, others are closer to bore me.
Many great actors, actresses and directors doesn't at all hurt, but it's easy to get an average meal even if you use the best ingredients money can buy. It ends up as one of those movies I'm not sorry I watched, but very few bits of it tempts me to ever take it on again.
