Enchanted is about a charming classical Disney fairytale soon-to-be-princess colliding with the modern New York due to the wicked Queen's spell.
I love the original idea and I do think the intro is excellent. Arriving in the real world can however be difficult for a fairytale character with an old fashioned fairytale idea of love, and kindness for that matter, and Amy Adams does an amazing job giving life to her.
I do feel the movie takes a little too many slippery steps along the way to be as good as it might have been and its losing its focus sometimes, but there are some amazing scenes in between and it's still a fairytale very much worth watching especially due to Amy Adams magical performance.
